1. Usage

• Gift vouchers are valid for purchasing regular-priced (MRP) products of Lotto Flagship Stores only.
• Vouchers are redeemable only at Lotto Flagship Outlets.
• Redemption is not allowed at franchise or wholesale stores.

2. Voucher Delivery

• A unique voucher code will be sent via SMS within 48 hours of order placement.
• Customers are requested to ensure the correctness of the provided mobile number at the time of purchase.

3. Validity

• Each voucher is valid for 120 days from the date of purchase.
• Expired vouchers will not be accepted under any circumstances.

4. Payment & Purchase

• Gift vouchers can be purchased only through prepaid payment methods.
• Cash on Delivery (COD) is not applicable for voucher purchases.
• A customer may purchase multiple vouchers in a single order.

5. Redemption Rules

• Each voucher is valid for one-time use only.
• Only one voucher can be used per invoice.
• Multiple vouchers can be used by the same customer on separate invoices within the same day.

6. Invoice Conditions

• A maximum of 3 units of the same article can be purchased in a single invoice.
• If the invoice value exceeds the voucher value, the remaining amount must be paid using available payment methods.
• If the invoice value is less than the voucher value, the remaining balance will not be refunded or carried forward.

7. Offer & Discount Policy

• Gift vouchers cannot be combined with any other promotional offers, discounts, or cashback deals.
• Bank or mobile payment offers are not applicable during voucher redemption.

8. Restrictions

• Gift vouchers are non-transferable and cannot be resold.
• Products purchased using vouchers cannot be resold.
• Voucher codes must be kept secure. The company is not responsible for any misuse.

9. Loyalty Program

• Lotto Privilege Club points cannot be earned or redeemed when using gift vouchers.

10. Company Rights

• All voucher codes remain the property of the issuing company.
• The company reserves the right to modify, cancel, or void any voucher or terms at its discretion without prior notice.
