At Express Leather Products Ltd. (Lotto Bangladesh), we value your satisfaction. If the product you receive is damaged, defective, incorrect, or incomplete at the time of delivery, you may request a return within 7 days of delivery.

⚠️ Please Note: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Valid Reasons for Return

You may request a return if:

  • The delivered product is damaged (physically broken) or defective (not functioning properly).

  • The delivered product is incomplete (missing items and/or accessories).

  • The delivered product is incorrect (wrong product, size, color, fake item, or expired).

  • The delivered product does not match the description or images shown on our website.

  • The product does not fit (applicable only to E-commerce Special Products).

  • A wrong or missing item was delivered (requires an unboxing video as proof).

For selected categories, returns for change of mind may be accepted. Please review the category-wise return policy below.

Return Policy by Category

Shoes, Apparel, Sandals & Slippers

  • Eligible for return if damaged, defective, incorrect, or incomplete.

  • Refunds are subject to inspection and approval by LottoBD.

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and returned with original tags intact.

  • Used or damaged items will not be accepted and will be returned to the customer.

Bags & Luggage, Outdoor Equipment, Fitness & Other Accessories

  • Eligible for return if damaged, defective, incorrect, or incomplete.

  • Refunds are subject to LottoBD’s inspection and approval.

Gift Vouchers

  • Non-returnable and non-refundable.

Conditions for Returns

To ensure a smooth return process, please follow these conditions:

  • Products must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and free from any flaws.

  • For fashion products, trying on an item to check fit will still be considered unworn.

  • Products must include all original tags, user manuals, warranty cards, freebies, invoice, and accessories.

  • Products must be returned in the original and undamaged manufacturer’s packaging or box.

  • Do not place tape or stickers directly on the product box.

  • If the product was delivered in Lotto or Lee Cooper packaging, the same packaging must be returned.

  • Clearly mark the Order Number and Return Tracking Number on the return package.

  • When handing over your package to the courier or drop-off station, collect the LottoBD Return Acknowledgment Slip and keep it for reference.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Underwear and intimate apparel

  • Items that deteriorate or expire rapidly

  • Personalized or customized items (for example, football shirts with names or personalized boots)

  • Items inseparably mixed after delivery
