  • Customers can exchange their purchased item in fresh, unused, and saleable condition within 3 (three) days after receiving the product.
  • Only the product size can be exchanged.
  • Customers must provide the online purchase invoice, original shoe box, and packaging for exchange.
  • Items can be exchanged at any Lotto Flagship retail outlet under this policy.

  • Delivery costs for exchanges will be borne by the customer.

COD Return & Exchange Policy

At LottoBD, we are committed to ensuring a smooth and hassle-free shopping experience for all our customers. To make returns and exchanges easier for our Cash-on-Delivery (COD) customers, we have outlined the following policy:

1. Eligibility for Return

  • Received a factory-defective product
  • Received the wrong product (wrong size, color, or model)
  • Product was damaged upon delivery
  • Change of mind (return charge applicable)

2. Eligibility for Exchange

  • Received a factory-defective product
  • Received the wrong product (wrong size, color, or model)
  • Product was damaged upon delivery
  • Want to change size (subject to stock availability)

3. Conditions for Return & Exchange

  • Product must be unused, unworn, and unwashed
  • All tags, labels, boxes, and packaging must remain intact
  • Request must be made within 72 hours (3 days) of delivery
  • Proof of purchase (Order ID, phone number, or invoice) is required

ExpressHub reserves the right to decline any request if the product shows signs of use, damage, or tampering.

4. Refund Policy (For COD Orders)

  • Refunds will be processed via mobile banking (bKash/Nagad)
  • Refund processing time: 5–7 working days after product verification
  • Delivery charges are non-refundable (except for defective or wrong items sent by ExpressHub)

5. Non-Returnable / Non-Exchangeable Items

  • Innerwear, socks, undergarments
  • Discounted, flash sale, and surprise box products (exchange depends on campaign terms)
  • Products damaged due to customer misuse
