Ordering Policy

• Orders can be placed only for products marked as In Stock.
• Order confirmation and delivery depend on stock availability.
• Only one product is allowed per order.
• Multiple products or quantities require separate orders.
• Each order can be shipped to one delivery address only.
• Paid orders cannot be cancelled.

Shipping Policy

• Inside Dhaka: Delivery within 3–5 working days.
• Outside Dhaka: Delivery within 7–10 working days.
• Deliveries are made Sunday to Thursday (excluding public holidays).
• Delivery delays may occur due to stock or courier issues.
• All shipments are handled by reputed courier partners.

Exchange Policy

• Exchange requests must be made within 3 days of delivery.
• Products must be unused, clean, and in saleable condition.
• Exchange is allowed once only.
• Exchange must be for the same product.
• Original invoice, box, and packaging are mandatory.

• Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery.
• Return shipping cost must be paid by the customer.
• Unboxing video is required for wrong or missing items.

Valid Reasons for Return

• Damaged or defective product.
• Incorrect product, size, or color.
• Product does not match website description.
• Size issue (E-commerce Special Products only).

Non-Returnable Items

• Underwear and intimate apparel.
• Customized or personalized products.
• Perishable or expiring items.
• Gift vouchers.

Refund Policy
