Ordering Policy

• Orders can be placed only for products marked as In Stock.
• Order confirmation and delivery depend on stock availability.

Shipping Policy

• Inside Dhaka: Delivery within 3–5 working days.
• Outside Dhaka: Delivery within 7–10 working days.
• Deliveries are made Sunday to Thursday (excluding public holidays).
• Delivery delays may occur due to stock or courier issues.
• All shipments are handled by reputed courier partners.

Exchange Policy

• Exchange requests must be made within 3 days of delivery.
• Products must be unused, clean, and in saleable condition.
• Exchange is allowed once only.
• Exchange must be for the same or higher value product.
• Original invoice, box, and packaging are mandatory.
