Ordering Policy
- Orders can be placed only for products marked as In Stock.
- Order confirmation and delivery depend on stock availability.
- Only one product is allowed per order.
- Multiple products or quantities require separate orders.
- Each order can be shipped to one delivery address only.
- Paid orders cannot be cancelled.
Shipping Policy
- Inside Dhaka: Delivery within 3–5 working days.
- Outside Dhaka: Delivery within 7–10 working days.
- Deliveries are made Sunday to Thursday (excluding public holidays).
- Delivery delays may occur due to stock or courier issues.
- All shipments are handled by reputed courier partners.
Exchange Policy
- Exchange requests must be made within 3 days of delivery.
- Products must be unused, clean, and in saleable condition.
- Exchange is allowed once only.
- Exchange must be for the same or higher value product.
- Original invoice, box, and packaging are mandatory.
